Xinquan México Automotive Trim Ags seeks a Quality Assurance Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the management system and quality assurance programs in line with company objectives.

You will lead audits, manage corrective actions, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3, and coordinate with suppliers and production teams to meet customer requirements. Advanced English is required to communicate with international customers and teams.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and with comparable responsibilities within the automotive/ auto parts industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate all activities related to meeting established quality standards and specific customer requirements.
• Maintain departmental oversight of responses regarding internal corrective actions, external customer complaints, supplier issues, etc.
• Ensure the optimal performance of the quality management system by implementing standards, policies, objectives and GMP guidelines such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3.
