Bodycote in Silao, Guanajuato invites an experienced Quality Assurance leader to ensure QA alignment with management objectives and authority to halt production when risks are identified.

The role leads the Quality Department, drives compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, promotes continuous improvement, and coordinates cross-functional teams to safeguard product quality, safety, and environmental goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years in Automotive Quality Control.
• English proficiency to interact with management and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all activities of the Quality Department.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and internal policies.
• Identify, monitor and report risks affecting quality, safety, and productivity.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across Quality, Safety, and Environment.
• Drive problem-solving and preventive actions related to KPIs.
