Magna International Limited is seeking a Lab Supervisor in Celaya, Guanajuato, MX to lead testing and quality control of automotive coatings. The role focuses on coordinating raw material tests, quality checks, and ensuring chemical parameters meet specifications in a lab environment.

The ideal candidate has a chemistry/engineering background, English language skills, and 3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive sector.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's or Chemical Engineering (degree desirable).
• English language: desirable.
• Experience: 3 years preferred in production, automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate material raw material tests and quality checks.
• Oversee quality tests on secondary materials and finished product.
• Ensure chemical parameters of equipment are within specs; participate in customer/supplier issues.
• Support process improvements and defect analysis; manage supplier quality claims.
