Bodycote is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance leader to ensure adherence to automotive quality standards and management objectives. The role has authority to stop production when risks or nonconformities are identified, and requires coordinating the Quality Department to maintain safety, quality, productivity, and environmental goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in automotive QA, and strong English communication to engage with executives and customers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in Automotive Quality Control.
• English proficiency for interacting with management and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all activities of the Quality Department.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Identify, document, monitor, and control risks affecting quality and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, productivity and environment.
