Job summary

Stoneridge in Mexico is seeking an experienced Quality/Continuous Improvement professional to coordinate VOC activities, drive corrective actions, and lead cross-functional teams in focus factories to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.

You will analyze data, support PPAP/APQP for new product launches, and lead 8D and PDCA processes to resolve warranty and 0KM issues while ensuring compliance with ISO/TS and IATF standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing facility processes/engineering environment.
• Automotive industry and/or electronics industry experience desirable.
• English Advanced.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VOC activities and drive corrective actions (8Ds, SCARs, PDCA) based on fast timing.
• Lead cross-functional teams and focus factories to close issues via 4Box, NFC 8D, PDCA.
• Drive 0KM/warranty improvements to full closure with customers and finance.
• Analyze data/trends and report improvements for performance reviews.
• Support PPAP/APQP during new product launches and product changes.
