Stoneridge is seeking a quality-focused professional in Ciudad Juárez to coordinate VOC activities, drive corrective and preventive actions, and ensure 0KM/warranty control across Focus Factory operations.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing (auto/electronics desirable), knowledge of APQP/PPAP, and strong analytical skills to publish data for management reviews and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering is required or strongly preferred.
• Two years minimum manufacturing experience in automotive/electronics environments desirable.
• Knowledge of SPC, CP, FMEA and continuous improvement tools is expected.
• English proficiency and strong analytical communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and drive quality actions to meet 0KM/warranty targets.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams for CAPA and audits.
• Analyze data, identify trends and drive improvements (SCRAP, FTQ).
• Develop control and inspection plans for parts and PPAP/APQP support.
• Support internal and external audits and customer visits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/TS/IATF standards and quality systems.
