Freudenberg Group seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead automotive platform projects in Mexico. You will ensure standardized program management, track KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams for successful launches.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive program management, Ford program experience, and knowledge of CSR and AIAG Core Tools. Master’s or PMP is a plus for advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience managing Ford programs and launch activities.
• Knowledge of Ford CSR and customer-specific requirements.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and AIAG Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).

Responsabilidades

• Ensures professional and standardized Program Management for assigned projects.
• Utilizes standard processes and control mechanisms to enhance Program and Launch Management.
• Tracks and reports all Program KPI and manages milestones.
• Coordinates cost calculation and supply chain management support for platform projects.
• Lead program execution from quotation through production launch and serial production.
