International Automotive Components (IAC) Group seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee automotive customer programs in Monterrey and related locations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.

You will lead program planning, review designs, monitor pricing and technical performance, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement across Engineering, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchasing.

Formación

• BS/BA required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing and supplier environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee customer programs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects meet time, budget, and customer expectations.
• Interface with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchasing.
• Develop detailed program plans and direct product design reviews.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate proposals and financial terms.
• Develop new business and expand product lines.
• Maintain master plans and schedules; resolve program issues.
• Provide advisory guidance to the program team.
