Placements24 is seeking an Ingeniero de Productividad Automotriz to boost efficiency at our client’s plant in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. You will analyze production processes, remove bottlenecks, and apply lean tools to improve throughput and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years in process improvement or operations in automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop strategies to increase productivity and reduce cycle times.
• Apply lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Poka-Yoke.
• Collect and analyze production data to track performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions.
• Conduct time studies and capacity analyses.
• Train employees on new processes and best practices.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement culture.
