Placements24 is seeking an experienced Materials and Processes Engineer for Automotive Components to join our client in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. You will select and develop advanced materials and manufacturing processes to enhance performance, durability, and efficiency of automotive parts.

You will collaborate with design and production teams to ensure materials and processes meet stringent industry standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a materials/engineering field.
• Experience with automotive materials and processes.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select materials for automotive components.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Conduct material characterization and testing to ensure specifications.
