ALTEN Mexico, a subsidiary of ALTEN Group, is seeking a Project Planning Specialist JR to support planning and coordination of engineering and IT projects. You will work closely with project managers to ensure timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables are met, applying advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong data analysis.

This role emphasizes organization, communication, and collaboration across departments in Mexico, Canada, and Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business.
• 0 to 2 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in any of the following areas: Product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting or quality.
• Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills required in manipulating, interpreting, comparing, and overall analysis of large data sets/financials.

As a Project Planning Specialist JR at ALTEN Mexico, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of projects. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables are met. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business.
• 0 to 2 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in any of the following areas: Product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting or quality
• Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills required in manipulating, interpreting, comparing, and overall analysis of large data sets/financials

Preferred Qualifications

• Full Program Life-cycle Experience
• Stellantis PDP understanding is a plus
• Launch Experience a plus
• Manufacturing process fundamentals understanding (parts priority)
• Management of scheduling timelines
• Be in charge of build coordination & support
• VISA preferable
• English advanced
