ALTEN Mexico, a subsidiary of ALTEN Group, is seeking a Project Planning Specialist JR to support planning and coordination of engineering and IT projects. You will work closely with project managers to ensure timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables are met, applying advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong data analysis.

This role emphasizes organization, communication, and collaboration across departments in Mexico, Canada, and Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business.
• 0 to 2 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in any of the following areas: Product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting or quality.
• Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills required in manipulating, interpreting, comparing, and overall analysis of large data sets/financials.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and coordination of projects across engineering and IT.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Assist in resource allocation and monitoring of project milestones.
