ALTEN MÉXICO is seeking a Project Planning Specialist JR in Toluca to support planning and coordination of projects. You will collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure timelines, resources, and deliverables are met.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business and 0–2 years in the automotive sector.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business.
• 0 to 2 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting or quality.
• Advanced to expert skill level in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills in manipulating, interpreting, comparing, and analyzing large data sets/financials.

As a Project Planning Specialist JR at ALTEN Mexico, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of projects. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables are met. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business.

• 0 to 2 years automotive industry experience at an OEM or large tier 1 in any of the following areas: Product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting or quality
• Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills required in manipulating, interpreting, comparing, and overall analysis of large data sets/financials

Preferred Qualifications:

• Full Program Life-cycle Experience
• Stellantis PDP understanding is a plus
• Launch Experience a plus
• Manufacturing process fundamentals understanding (parts priority)
• Management of scheduling timelines
• Be in charge of build coordination & support
• VISA preferable
