Henkel in Toluca, Mexico is seeking an Application Engineer to support customers with technical expertise across the region. The role emphasizes growth, laboratory testing, and collaborative problem solving with sales and technical teams.

You will coordinate tests, prepare technical reports, and contribute to product launches while promoting sustainability and knowledge sharing within Henkel's Application Engineering community.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years in Application Engineering or related technical role.
• Experience with adhesives and industrial applications preferred.
• Customer-facing technical support experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive application engineering opportunities and support growth pipeline in the assigned territory.
• Provide technical support to retain and expand existing business.
• Support CRM projects and troubleshooting to ensure customer retention.
• Coordinate test plans, analyze results, and prepare technical reports.
• Provide technical assistance regarding adhesives, applications, and equipment.
• Organize and deliver technical training programs for customers and distributors.
• Support new product introductions and development of technical launch packages.
