3M is seeking a Channel Leader of Graphics Market to drive distributor growth and profitable sales in the Graphics and Personal Auto division. You will develop channel strategies, strengthen distributor relationships, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and technical teams from Monterrey and Northern México.

Requires 3–5 years in channel/BD sales, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong English proficiency.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Job Description

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Channel Leader of Graphics Market, you will play a key role in executing the local business model, including the development of channel strategies, customer satisfaction, and profitable sales growth in the Graphics and Personal Auto division in Monterrey and Northern México. In this role, you will strengthen relationships with distribution partners, collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and technical teams, and maximize business opportunities by aligning 3M strategies with market needs.

The impact you will make in this role

• Lead the development and execution of channel strategies that drive distributor growth, sales performance, and market share.
• Drive profitable sales growth by identifying business opportunities and converting them into actionable plans with channel partners.
• Implement performance monitoring through key indicators such as sales, sell-in/sell-out, market coverage, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and commercial initiatives to ensure successful execution across assigned channels.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field concluded.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales positions related to distribution channel management or business development.
• Intermediate/advanced English level.

Work Location:

This role follows a remote working model, requiring the employee to work outside the 3M office while visiting customers. Need to be based in Monterrey.
