Job summary

Altios International seeks an Automation Project Manager in Querétaro to lead robotic automation projects from concept through installation and customer acceptance. The role is based on-site with travel as needed, requiring strong coordination of engineering, suppliers, and service teams across borders.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and scopes, read technical drawings, and drive risk mitigation with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical or related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial project management and automation projects.
• Experience managing technical projects end-to-end (engineering, manufacturing, supplier coordination, testing, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance).
• Ability to read and understand technical layouts, scopes, drawings, and documentation.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders to drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Automation Project Management from PO through installation and customer acceptance.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate project schedules; manage scope, budget, and technical execution.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across locations; manage risks and deviations.
