Job summary

Quicktron Robotics is seeking an on-site Project Engineer to drive multi-site deployment of mobile robotics solutions in Mexico City. You will coordinate engineering design, site setup, commissioning, and client training while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics, Computing, or related engineering field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English in professional engineering/client-facing environment.
• Valid local Mexico work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
• Able to perform software system setup, configuration, and basic scripting independently.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute project tasks according to the project plan under the guidance of the Project Manager, including site layout and engineering design, site setup, commissioning of mobile robots and systems, customer operation training, remote support, and production support.
• Control key project metrics across schedule, cost, and quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate on-site contractors and third-party vendors.
• Maintain close communication with customers, build strong cooperative relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Review project deliverables and initiate timely corrective actions when issues arise.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and project documentation.
• Provide on-site operational and technical training for client teams.
• Ensure full project compliance with applicable safety codes, engineering practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Electronics, Computing, or a related engineering field.
• Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English in a professional engineering and client-facing environment.
