Job summary

Hexaware Technologies seeks an accomplished IT Project Manager to lead Robotic Process Automation and Intelligent Automation programs. You will drive end-to-end delivery, partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, architects and vendors to ensure successful automation initiatives.

The role requires strong governance, risk management and executive reporting capabilities, with experience in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methods. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RPA/Automation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, IT, Architects and Vendors to deliver automation.
• Oversee project planning, estimation, budgeting, risk and issue management.
• Drive requirement gathering, design reviews, steering committees and executive reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and delivery quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job description

• 10+ years of overall experience in IT Project Management, with at least 5+ years of managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation programs.
• Strong understanding of Automation Anywhere A360 platform, including bot development lifecycle, Control Room, Workload Management Queues, Document Automation, AI/ML integration, and Agentic Process Automation (APA) offerings.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end automation engagements including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support.
• Ability to work closely with Business Stakeholders, Process Owners, IT Teams, Architects, and Vendors to drive successful automation delivery.
• Experience managing Automation Anywhere implementation programs involving multiple workstreams, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of RPA solution architecture, infrastructure requirements, security considerations, governance frameworks, and deployment best practices.
• Experience leading project planning activities including scope definition, estimation, effort planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and status reporting.
• Ability to drive requirement gathering workshops, design reviews, project steering committee meetings, and executive stakeholder reviews.
• Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of automation operating models, CoE (Center of Excellence) frameworks, governance standards, and automation best practices.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities, prioritize pipelines, and manage delivery roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Experience monitoring project KPIs, SLAs, financials, resource utilization, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Strong risk, dependency, issue, and change management capabilities with proactive mitigation planning.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Tech Leads, Infrastructure Teams, and Support Teams.
• Preferably certified in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent Project Management certifications.
• Preferably certified in Automation Anywhere A360 and familiar with Agentic Process Automation (APA) capabilities.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Shared Services environments will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Should have fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish languages.
• Ability to engage with senior business and IT leadership and provide executive-level project reporting.
• If required to work from / visit customer location in Monterrey, Mexico as per project requirements.
