Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. seeks a senior OT leader to drive the plant’s OT strategy, architecture, and governance. You will coordinate OT initiatives across Engineering, IT, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and external partners, mentoring engineers and guiding projects from scoping through deployment.
Strong expertise in OT systems, cybersecurity, and data-driven manufacturing is required. The role focuses on scalable, secure, and standardized OT solutions to improve visibility,
Lead the plant’s Operational Technology (OT) strategy, architecture, governance, and continuous improvement, aligned with automation, digitalization, and Smart Manufacturing objectives. Drive secure, scalable, standardized OT solutions that improve performance, quality, traceability, visibility, and decision-making. Coordinate OT initiatives across Engineering, IT, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, NPI, and external partners. Provide technical leadership to OT Engineers and project teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 5–8 years in industrial automation, OT, industrial connectivity, manufacturing systems, or digital manufacturing; 2+ years leading technical or multidisciplinary engineering projects. Experience implementing OT/digitalization solutions in manufacturing and collaborating with Engineering, IT, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, NPI, and external partners. Experience with technology roadmaps, standards, or transformation initiatives is a plus.
Languages: Advanced English, spoken and written.
Technical Knowledge: OT architectures; PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, robots, vision systems, and industrial controllers; OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT; industrial networking, VLANs, segmentation, and switches; data acquisition, traceability, APIs, databases, and system integration; MES, ERP, IIoT, Smart Manufacturing, UNS, and industrial data architectures; OT cybersecurity, access control, backups, hardening, and security frameworks; edge/cloud technologies, virtualization, IT/OT convergence, lifecycle and obsolescence management. Ability to interpret OT, electrical, control, and network diagrams. Project management and strong analytical skills.
