Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. seeks a senior OT leader to drive the plant’s OT strategy, architecture, and governance. You will coordinate OT initiatives across Engineering, IT, Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and external partners, mentoring engineers and guiding projects from scoping through deployment.

Strong expertise in OT systems, cybersecurity, and data-driven manufacturing is required. The role focuses on scalable, secure, and standardized OT solutions to improve visibility,

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant engineering/IT field and, ideally, a Master’s degree
• 5–8 years in industrial automation, OT, or digital manufacturing with proven project leadership
• Advanced English, both spoken and written

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead OT strategy, roadmap, architecture, governance, and standards.
• Lead IT/OT integration across automation, PLCs, HMIs, MES, ERP, and data platforms.
• Drive connectivity, data acquisition, and digital manufacturing using common OT protocols and APIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, data visibility, and decision-making.
• Evaluate OT technologies, platforms, and system integrators for fit and value.
• Define OT cybersecurity, lifecycle, obsolescence, availability, and scalability strategies.
• Lead OT projects from scope through FAT/SAT, commissioning, and ramp-up.
• Monitor OT KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain OT network, data architecture, documentation, and re-usable standards.
• Mentor OT engineers and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Support change management and adoption of emerging OT technologies.
