Descrizione del lavoro

SIG Group is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure high availability of production equipment. You will perform corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot Siemens PLCs and HMIs via TIA Portal, and lead root cause analyses to eradicate recurring failures.

You will also manage SAP maintenance records, train staff, and coordinate third-party providers to sustain equipment reliability and performance.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
Advanced English communication skills.
3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and automation.
Strong knowledge of Siemens PLC programming using TIA Portal.

Mansioni

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.
Program, troubleshoot, modify, and optimize Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs via TIA Portal.
Manage PLC backups, software versions, and automation documentation.
Lead root cause analysis of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Create and improve preventive maintenance plans and records in SAP.
Support production operations and train maintenance personnel.
Coordinate third-party maintenance providers.
