Bosch in Mexico seeks a maintenance technician to perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on HVAC manufacturing equipment, ensuring uptime and production efficiency. You will diagnose faults and document repairs for quality and traceability.

Responsibilities include PLC troubleshooting, electrical panels, sensors and drives, plus installation and validation of new machinery. You will collaborate with production, engineering and safety teams to improve reliability and processes.

Formación

• Experience performing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on HVAC manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, electrical panels, sensors, drives and HMIs.
• Document maintenance actions and follow quality and safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, electrical panels, sensors, drives, HMIs, and automation equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures and implement corrective actions.
• Support production by minimizing downtime and improving equipment availability.
• Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic and control systems when required.
• Execute equipment inspections and maintain maintenance records, work orders and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, quality and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures (LOTO, EHS) and company maintenance standards.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and validation of new machinery and production equipment.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams to improve equipment performance and process stability.
