Job summary

Tetra Pak is seeking an Automation and Digital Business Development Specialist for Mexico, based in Polanco with up to 50% travel. You will drive growth, identify opportunities, support account managers, and promote Automation and Digital Solutions across Processing, Packaging and Services.

Reporting to the Automation and Digital Business Development Manager Americas, you will collaborate with global teams and local resources, building strong stakeholder relationships and guiding opportunities

Qualifications

Engineering degree and experience in industrial automation for food & beverage.
3–5 years in sales support and business development for Automation & Digital solutions.
Understanding of OT/IT, PLCs, SCADA, programming, and commissioning.
Experience with digital solutions across full lifecycle from value selling to implementation.
Knowledge of Tetra Pak Automation Platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the Automation & Digital sales strategy for Mexico.
Contribute to the go-to-market strategy, including localization of global initiatives.
Drive business development by engaging prospects and creating opportunities.
Support the entire sales process from needs to value proposition.
Collaborate with local resources and global teams to share best practices.
Cultivate relationships with sales, customers, decision-makers and technical teams.
Monitor and report on KPIs and opportunity pipeline.
