Brown-Forman Guadalajara is seeking an Associate Brand Manager Trainee to support data generation for brand analysis, attend brand events, and handle administrative tasks. You will contribute to campaign execution, assist in brand plan development, and ensure events reflect brand guidelines while delivering ROI.

The role offers exposure to a leading spirits portfolio, collaboration with marketing teams, and opportunities to grow into a leadership track within Brown-Forman.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Internship or experience in Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Sales is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
• Assist in the development and completion of brand plans, gathering and analyzing numerical data.
• Plan and supervise events, ensuring they are executed according to brand guidelines and deliver a positive return on investment.
• Supervise point-of-sale execution, ensuring materials and displays are aligned with the brand's toolkit.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing to ensure alignment on toolkits and campaign materials.
• Manage administrative processes, including purchase orders, product exits, and COFEPRIS permits.
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant administrative processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

What You Bring To The Table
