Chiaphua Components Group in Mexico is seeking an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA team at the CCMX plant, covering IQC, SQA, production in-process QA, and customer QA. The role focuses on monitoring KPIs and presenting monthly quality performance to management.

The position requires strong communication with customers and suppliers, extensive QA experience in automotive-like environments, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English, including spoken and written communication; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong ability to address quality issues and communicate effectively with external parties, including customers and suppliers, as well as internal cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, or supervisory roles within relevant industries.
• Solid knowledge of quality tools including APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the QA Manager in leading the QA team at the Mexico plant, covering IQC, SQA, production in-process QA, and customer QA.
• Monitor and analyze QA department KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present monthly quality performance reports to management.
• Manage customer audits and third-party audits related to QA; guide and train suppliers as needed.
• Support, coach, and mentor team members to ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
