Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Mexico to support delivery on diverse projects. The role involves acting as a primary client contact and helping define success criteria such as time, cost, and performance, while coordinating governance, planning, and processes.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in project roles, a degree in engineering/architecture, and fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Ability to develop reports and project follow ups.
• Manage flow of project information between team and client via meetings and communications.
• Experience with MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for delivering a range of tasks to high quality standards and assist on a wide range of projects of all sizes.
• Serve as the key day-to-day contact point with the client.
• Help establish project success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters, governance, planning, processes and systems.
