Clorox is seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance - Fixed Assets to lead the Fixed Asset Accounting for Domestic and LATAM regions. The role reports to the GBS structure and requires strong English, leadership, and GAAP knowledge. Hybrid work model with in-office and remote days.

You will supervise a team of three, perform monthly/quarterly closes, and drive process improvements in Capex and asset accounting, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and external audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, mix of public accounting and private industry preferred.
• Advanced English level required.
• Strong people management experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fixed asset processes for Domestic and LATAM regions, ensuring capitalization and depreciation are accurate.
• Supervise a team of three direct reports (2 GL22 and 1 GL23) and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Perform monthly close activities including capitalization reviews, depreciation runs, and GL reconciliations for Domestic and LATAM entities.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory and asset retirement obligations.
• Lead process improvements and automation projects within Fixed Asset Accounting.

It provides leadership and guidance based on ASC 360, Property, Plant, and Equipment, as well as the company's fixed assets policies and procedures. As a key partner for the Supply Chain organization, this role handles all Capital Expenditure matters across all Business Units. Responsibilities include asset capitalizations, depreciation runs, fixed assets reserve entries, GL reconciliations review, and fixed assets roll forward and analytics. Additionally, the role focuses on process improvements, automation, and project support**In this role, you will:** * Oversee fixed asset processes for the Domestic Product Supply Organization and LATAM countries, ensuring all Capex projects are capitalized correctly, in the appropriate period, and in compliance with the Fixed Assets Corporate Policy. Supervise and manage a team of three direct reports (2 GL22 and 1 GL23).* Perform monthly close activities, including capitalizations review, Capex IO settlement run, depreciation run, fixed asset reserves journal entries, and GL reconciliations review for Domestic and LATAM entities.* Perform quarterly close activities, including Fixed Assets Total Company roll forward and analytics.
