Job summary

Clorox in Mexico is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team in a hybrid role based in Tlalnepantla. You will support SAP S/4HANA based GR/IR reconciliations, invoice processing, month-end closings, and KPI reporting.

In this role, you’ll contribute to key accounting and financial operations, from financial reporting and reconciliations to invoice management and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, enhance operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.**In this role, you will:*** Perform GR/IR reconciliations in SAP S/4HANA and resolve discrepancies across purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.* Support invoice processing, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.* Analyze financial and operational data, including KPIs, SLAs, backlog, aging, and productivity metrics.* Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and support decision-making.* Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within SAP S/4HANA.* Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
