Qualifications

• Diploma de secundaria; se prefiere carrera en logística o administración.
• 0-2 años de experiencia en logística o funciones administrativas.

• Dominio de Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Buena organización y atención al detalle.

Responsibilities

• Planificar y coordinar rutas y horarios de transporte.
• Rastrear envíos y comunicar actualizaciones a equipos y clientes.
• Gestión de relaciones con transportistas y negociación de tarifas.
• Preparar documentos de envío e facturas.
• Mantener registros de actividades, costos y desempeño.

This role provides crucial administrative and operational support to the logistics team, ensuring the smooth coordination of transportation activities. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of transportation routes and schedules.
• Support the tracking of shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
• Help manage relationships with transportation carriers, negotiating rates and ensuring service quality.
• Prepare and organize shipping documents, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, costs, and performance data.
• Assist in resolving logistical issues and addressing inquiries from drivers or clients.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes.
• Monitor carrier performance and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Assist in the implementation of new logistics procedures and technologies.
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics and transportation department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related administrative role.
• Basic understanding of transportation operations and supply chain concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, performing both in-office and remote duties.
