TransUnion seeks a Rep II, Customer Support Operations in a hybrid Mexico City role. You will analyze and resolve inquiries, disputes, and credit-related requests, ensuring regulatory compliance and service standards.

You will process special credit reports and coordinate with Commercial, Legal, and Technical Support teams. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in customer service or call centers, solid written communication, and experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Contact Center, or claims handling.
• Knowledge of credit concepts, credit reports, and dispute or clarification processes.
• Experience in information analysis and document review.
• Excellent written communication and professional writing.
• Technical degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Process Special Credit Reports according to procedures and current regulations.
• Evaluate documentation and issue determinations per policy.
• Handle emails and other service channels.
• Monitor case quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare operational reports, productivity and quality metrics.
