Responsibilities

• Engage customers enthusiastically and professionally, identifying their technology needs and preferences.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise on a wide range of electronic devices, including smartphones, computers, audio equipment, and smart home devices.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, tailoring explanations to customer understanding.
