Job summary

Placements24 is looking for an Asesor/a de Ventas Especializado en Electrónica in Torreón, Coahuila. You will advise customers on electronics, demonstrate product features, and drive sales through effective service and product knowledge.

The role requires proven retail experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work weekends. A high school diploma is required, with a marketing/business degree preferred. Competitive pay with commissions and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably with consumer electronics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of electronic products (phones, TVs, audio, appliances).
• Ability to work in a team and meet sales goals.
• Familiar with retail POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend electronics.
• Provide product information, features, and benefits clearly.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets through selling techniques and CRM.
