You will collaborate with international teams, translate trends into tangible menus, and present brand stories to stakeholders and investors. A strong creative drive and proven remote work track record are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in culinary development, brand creation, or concept innovation within the food service industry.
Strong understanding of culinary arts, menu development, and food trends.
Excellent analytical and market research skills.
Exceptional creativity and a talent for generating innovative ideas.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze global food trends, consumer preferences, and competitive market landscapes to identify opportunities for new culinary concepts.
Conceptualize, develop, and present innovative restaurant and menu ideas, complete with detailed brand stories and operational considerations.
Collaborate remotely with chefs, designers, and marketing teams to bring new concepts to life.
Develop preliminary P&L projections and business cases for proposed culinary ventures.
Create compelling presentations and documents to pitch new concepts to stakeholders and potential investors.
