• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product development, culinary innovation, or brand management within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching new food products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong understanding of culinary trends, food science, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction.
• Proficiency in relevant software for project management and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a remote work setting.
• Creative thinking and a passion for culinary innovation.
• Experience working with diverse food categories and consumer segments.

Aufgaben

• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new culinary products and concepts.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities and consumer needs.
• Oversee recipe development, testing, and refinement, ensuring quality, taste, and cost-effectiveness.
