Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon associates.
Communicate policies and act as primary information source while ensuring compliance.
Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs.
Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
Ensure building security and product loss prevention procedures.
Partner with management to maintain quality standards.
Develop performance goals to meet customer demand and ensure quality.
