Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced professional for accounts receivable management in Mexico City. You will handle collections, cash applications, disputes, and payment plans while maintaining strong stakeholder relations. Proficiency in ERP and Excel is required, with a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and at least two years of relevant experience.

English at B2+ is preferred. This role is based in Mexico City with on-site work, offering opportunities to contribute to global finance operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent job experience.
• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable management.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel (Pivot Tables & Formulas).
• Experience with collections, cash applications, disputes, and payment plans.
• English level at least B2+.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and collections.
• Monitor daily deposits and reconcile client accounts.
• Process invoices, upload information to ERP, and review SOAs.
• Support month-end closures and prepare management reports.
• Negotiate payment plans and identify delinquent accounts.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across systems.
