Job summary

Maersk in Mexico City is seeking an experienced accounts receivable professional to join the GSC Americas team. You will manage collections, cash applications, and reconciliation of client accounts while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include month-end closures, dispute resolution, processing payments, and generating management reports. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of AR experience are required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience.
• ERP systems and Excel proficiency.
• English level at B2+.

Responsibilities

• Customer relationship management and maintaining relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor daily deposits and reconcile client accounts.
• Collect outstanding invoices and negotiate payment plans.
• Handle disputes and support month-end closures.
• Upload information to ERP and review Statements of Account (SOAs).
• Generate management reports and ensure data accuracy.
