Job summary

Maersk, a global leader in container logistics, is seeking an experienced accounts receivable professional for its GSC Americas team in Mexico City. The role focuses on collections, cash applications, and stakeholder management to ensure accurate financial records.

You will monitor daily deposits, review SOAs, and support month-end closings while handling inquiries and negotiating payment plans to reduce overdue balances. Fluency in English (B2+) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 2 years of accounts receivable experience.
• English level B2+.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and collect outstanding payments.
• Monitor daily deposits and reconcile client accounts.
• Prepare management reports and participate in month-end closures.
• Handle disputes and negotiate payment plans to minimize delinquencies.
