Safran Electrical & Power is expanding its North America activities and seeks an APQP expert to support local deployment teams and capture knowledge from new work packages and transfers of work. The role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing and quality processes and fluency in English to coordinate cross-functional interfaces.

The successful candidate will report to the Industrialization Manager and work with quality and operations teams to drive APQP milestones and ensure robust process

Formación

• Knowledge of APQP methodologies and tools at expert level.
• Advanced knowledge of wiring engineering data.
• Strong knowledge of local business processes and organization.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Support deployment teams and develop required knowledge for APQP implementation.
• Collaborate with Industrialization Manager, Quality Director and transfer leaders.

Safran Electrical & Power is currently developing, operating and supporting a large suite of projects and systems in order to allow ISA activities to operate efficiently and to address major business challenges, especially the Industrialization process.

As part of a plan consisting in preserving the experience and lessons learned acquired after a implementation of New Work Packages or Transfers of Work in a Business Unit, the North America division is required to appoint a APQP expert to support the local deployment teams and to develop the required knowledge.

• Reporting line : Industrialization Manager
• Interfaces : Quality director, Operations transfer leader Experiencie
• Requires 5-8 years experience in manufacturing and quality processes, or an equivalent of education and experience combined

Specific knowledge

• Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodologies and tools - Expert
• Knowledge wiring engineering data-Advanced
• Strong knowledge on local Business processes and organization-Advanced

Desirable knowledge

• Lean-Sigma greenbelt preferred

Languages

• English written and oral-Expert/FluentComputer Skills-Advanced
