Maxima Apparel is seeking an apparel product development specialist to join our design and merchandising teams. You will leverage your expertise in apparel design, technical design, and product development to build and execute high-quality products under licensor guidelines.

The role emphasizes Adobe Illustrator-based artwork and tech pack development, collaboration across teams, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Portfolio in English is required.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in apparel product design, development or production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Bilingual Chinese or English is a plus.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills on multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own portions of quality checking and execution of artwork to ensure brand and licensor requirements are met.
• Work with Design Ops leadership to understand tasks required to achieve calendar, workflow, and processes within the vertical team.
• Support accurate and high-quality Illustrator-based artwork execution and techpacks by reviewing, commenting, and building them when needed.
• Have a clear understanding of design aesthetic intent for product approval, alerting Design Ops leadership to any discrepancies.
• Maintain current production libraries of licensor information, league rules, and brand usage.
• Support the team in ensuring the accuracy of artwork development from initial concept development through the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
• Supporting the team in cross-functional scalable artwork and branding execution, to ensure brand consistency.
