Ericsson is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support the US and international entities from our Mexico City hub. You will manage vendor master data, approve requisitions, and liaise with stakeholders on purchasing holds while ensuring accurate financial records.

You will also perform KPI analyses, assist colleagues, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment. A degree and 1–3 years of related experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 to 3 years of general office, data entry, or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems like Oracle, QuickBooks or SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the integrity of vendor master data in Graphite for syncing to Oracle.
• Review and approve Purchase Requisitions to create Purchase Orders for US and International entities.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather information related to Requisitions and Holds.
• Assist and train stakeholders on Purchasing processes as they arise.
• Perform monthly KPI analysis for Purchasing for management review.
• Prepare Account Reconciliations in support of financial statements.
