Ericsson in Mexico City is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and financial transactions in a dynamic, international setting.

You will collaborate with procurement, business units and vendors to maintain compliance with policies and tax requirements, drive process improvements, and support audits. Strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and fluent English facilitate success.

Formación

• Experience in Accounts Payable and P2P processes
• Strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle)
• Strong English communication and attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end AP activities, ensuring timely invoice processing and payment execution
• Review, validate, and process supplier invoices per policy and controls
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding items
• Collaborate with procurement, business units, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements
• Support internal and external audits with documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Contribute to positive customer and supplier experience through timely communication
