RXO in Monterrey seeks an Analyst, Transportation to monitor, track, and analyze shipments and routes assigned to carriers. You will perform time analysis, manage KPIs, and deliver BI reports to customers and internal teams.

Daily duties include scheduling pickups and deliveries, notifying customers of deviations, handling calls and emails, updating the dispatch system, and generating monthly data reports. The role offers a stable, growth-oriented environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work.
• 2-3 years of experience in ground transportation.
• English proficiency for conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Scheduling and tracking of pickups and deliveries.
• Notify customers of any deviations from the execution schedule.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails and address the needs of the operation.
• Call and obtain updates from transportation providers and enter accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate any problems with customers or vendors.
• Support members of the equipment administration team and operations personnel.
• Confirm the accuracy of the database and generate monthly reports.
• Confirm the accuracy of repair invoices and process them timely manner.
• Handle and complete ad hoc projects, reporting, and requests as needed.
• Multi-account management.

What you'd need to excel:

• - Bachelor's degree and equivalent related work.
• - 2-3 years of experience in ground transportation
