Job summary

Danfoss is seeking an IAM Analyst to protect and enable our digital business across the globe. You will manage access, roles, and permissions across systems and collaborate with global IT teams to implement secure IAM services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in IAM, with fluent English and strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365, Exchange Online, SAP, and Saviynt. This position offers growth, diverse projects, and global opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and provide consultancy on multiple IAM solutions.
• Guide and support users and IT colleagues in IAM processes and tools.
• Administer user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions in AD, Entra ID, O365, Exchange Online, SAP, and Saviynt.
• Lead and execute enhancement initiatives to improve IAM services.
• Provide global technical support to end users with timely resolution.

As ourIAM Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering world-class Identity and Access Management (IAM) services that protect and enable Danfoss’s digital business.

Your impact? What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage, support, and provideconsultancy on multiple IAM solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Guide and supportbusiness users and IT colleagues globally in IAM processes and tools.
• Administeruser accounts, groups, roles, and permissions in systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365, Exchange Online, SAP, and Saviynt.
• Lead and executeenhancement initiatives to improve IAM services and processes.
• Provideglobal technical support to end users, ensuring timely issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degreeand at least 3 years of relevant experience in IAM or related areas.
• Fluent Englishto collaborate effectively with a global team.
• Strong knowledgeof user rights management and tools like Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365, and Exchange Online.
• Experiencewith IGA platforms—preferably Saviynt, but SailPoint, Okta, or similar is also valuable.
• Solid understandingof IAM principles, best practices, and processes such as entitlement reviews and automation of access management.
