Job summary

Danfoss is seeking an IAM Analyst to protect and enable our digital business across the globe. You will manage access, roles, and permissions across systems and collaborate with global IT teams to implement secure IAM services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in IAM, with fluent English and strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365, Exchange Online, SAP, and Saviynt. This position offers growth, diverse projects, and global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of IAM experience.
• Fluent English to collaborate with a global team.
• Strong knowledge of user rights management and IAM tooling.
• Experience with IGA platforms (Saviynt preferred).
• Understanding IAM principles, entitlements, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and provide consultancy on multiple IAM solutions.
• Guide and support users and IT colleagues in IAM processes and tools.
• Administer user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions in AD, Entra ID, O365, Exchange Online, SAP, and Saviynt.
• Lead and execute enhancement initiatives to improve IAM services.
• Provide global technical support to end users with timely resolution.
