Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don't happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operations, reporting, and performance, independently designing analyses and recommending solutions
  • Compile and analyze financial information by client and geography to support decisions by senior Bain leadership and the Compensation and Promotion Committee
  • Analyze firm and Partner performance, taking ownership of financial analyses supporting Bain's Partner compensation process
  • Partner with senior Finance leadership to analyze trends, track management metrics, and develop recommendations
  • Work closely with the Product team supporting the Partner Assessment System (PAS), including preparing datasets, analyses, and reporting outputs
  • Build and maintain analytical models and reporting solutions using AI tools, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx where appropriate
  • Research, analyze, and respond to questions from office leadership, the Worldwide Promotion Committee, and Global and Regional Finance teams
  • Support special projects and other analytical initiatives as needed
