The Hershey Company in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico is seeking an Analyst – AI & Analytics to accelerate its AI and analytics transformation. You will support adoption of Generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Power BI while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.

Formación

• Experience in Analytics, Technology, Data, Digital, BI or related fields.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting, automation, or training is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and Power Query is preferred.

How will you fit in the big picture?

As an Analyst – AI & Analytics, you will help accelerate Hershey’s AI and analytics transformation by supporting the adoption of Generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI, and AI-driven business solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled experiences that help drive faster, smarter decision‑making across the International organization.

What will you do?

• Support end users with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI Copilot, and AI tools by helping resolve questions, improve adoption, and promote effective AI usage.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions that support International Data Products.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver reporting and analytics solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Support AI agents, workflow automation, and productivity solutions using tools such as Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Perform testing, quality validation, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Create user guides, playbooks, workshops, and training materials that help drive adoption of AI-powered analytics capabilities.

Experience:

• 0-2 years of experience in Analytics, Technology, Data, Digital, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting, automation, user support, or training is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power Query, or other data analysis tools preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
