The Hershey Company is seeking a Specialist Food Regulatory to support regulatory compliance for products across Mexico and export markets within LATAM. You will partner with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure regulatory alignment and successful product launches while upholding Hershey's commitment to quality and compliance.

Minimum 1+ years in food regulatory affairs, knowledge of labeling/registration, and strong communication in English and Spanish are preferred.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in food regulatory affairs, food compliance, labeling, product registration, quality, or related regulatory field.
• Experience with food regulations, technical documentation, or regulatory processes is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute product compliance activities: ingredient reviews, artwork/label approvals, formula assessments, and sanitary registration support.
• Prepare regulatory dossiers, technical documentation, product specs, and supporting documentation for market compliance.
• Maintain regulatory databases, documentation, records, and tracking systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to support innovation and product launches.
• Monitor regulatory developments; assess impacts and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Support regulatory training and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance awareness.

As a Specialist Food Regulatory, you will support regulatory compliance activities for products across Mexico and export markets within LATAM. You will partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure products meet applicable food regulations, support innovation initiatives, and contribute to successful product launches while protecting Hershey's reputation and commitment to quality and compliance.

What will you do?

• Prepare regulatory dossiers, technical documentation, product specifications, and supporting documentation required for market compliance.
• Maintain regulatory databases, documentation, records, and tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to support innovation projects and product launches.
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess potential business impacts, and communicate changes to key stakeholders.
• Support regulatory training and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance awareness across the organization.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in food regulatory affairs, food compliance, food labeling, product registration, quality, or a related regulatory field.
• Experience working with food regulations, technical documentation, or compliance processes is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related scientific discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of food regulatory requirements and labeling regulations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Proficiency with digital tools, regulatory systems, and documentation management.
