The Hershey Company is seeking a Specialist Food Regulatory to support regulatory compliance for products across Mexico and export markets within LATAM. You will partner with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure regulatory alignment and successful product launches while upholding Hershey's commitment to quality and compliance.
Minimum 1+ years in food regulatory affairs, knowledge of labeling/registration, and strong communication in English and Spanish are preferred.

As a Specialist Food Regulatory, you will support regulatory compliance activities for products across Mexico and export markets within LATAM. You will partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure products meet applicable food regulations, support innovation initiatives, and contribute to successful product launches while protecting Hershey's reputation and commitment to quality and compliance.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related scientific discipline.
