The Hershey Company is seeking an Analyst – AI & Analytics in Guadalajara to accelerate its AI and analytics transformation. • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support end users with Copilot and AI tools by helping resolve questions and promote effective AI usage.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
• Support AI agents, workflow automation, and productivity solutions using tools such as Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Perform testing, quality validation, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Create user guides, playbooks, workshops, and training materials that help drive adoption of AI-powered analytics capabilities.
