The Hershey Company is seeking an Analyst – AI & Analytics in Guadalajara to accelerate its AI and analytics transformation. You will deliver reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled experiences across the International organization, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
• Support AI agents, workflow automation, and productivity solutions using tools such as Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Perform testing, quality validation, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Create user guides, playbooks, workshops, and training materials that help drive adoption of AI-powered analytics capabilities.

How will you fit in the big picture?

As an Analyst – AI & Analytics, you will help accelerate Hershey’s AI and analytics transformation by supporting the adoption of Generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI, and AI-driven business solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled experiences that help drive faster, smarter decision-making across the International organization.

What will you do?

• Support end users with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI Copilot, and AI tools by helping resolve questions, improve adoption, and promote effective AI usage.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions that support International Data Products.
• Partner with business teams to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver reporting and analytics solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Support AI agents, workflow automation, and productivity solutions using tools such as Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Perform testing, quality validation, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Create user guides, playbooks, workshops, and training materials that help drive adoption of AI-powered analytics capabilities.

Experience

Minimum Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Analytics, Technology, Data, Digital, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting, automation, user support, or training is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power Query, or other data analysis tools preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
